When you make an enquiry through this website, your details are passed to an approved local fire door partner covering your area. That partner contacts you directly to discuss the work, arrange a survey, and quote. Any work is carried out by them.

Where no partner has been appointed for your area, we hold your enquiry and contact you ourselves.

By submitting an enquiry you are asking us to put you in touch with someone who can carry out the work, and you should expect to be contacted by that partner rather than by us.

We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry or feedback form, we collect your name, company name, telephone number, email address, the property type, the town, and anything you write in the message field.

Information collected automatically. When you visit this website we collect technical information including your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. It is not used to identify you personally.

We do not collect special category data, and you should not include health, financial or other sensitive details in the message field.
